What services does your company offer?

We specialise in creating personalised teepee sleepover parties for kids and providing belle tents and picnics for various occasions. We also organise silent movie nights, best friends parties, bridal showers, and birthday parties.

What is included in a teepee sleepover party package?

Our teepee sleepover party packages typically include themed teepees with mattresses, bedding, decorative cushions, fairy lights, and various themed decorations. Optional extras such as personalised items, or specific themes can be added but will need to requested.

How much room do the teepees or belle tents require?

Each teepee requires approximately 3 feet by 6 feet of floor space. Belle tents vary in size but typically need a circular area with a diameter of about 15 feet. We’ll assess your chosen space and ensure it meets the requirements for a comfortable and safe setup.

Yes, we offer home visits to assess the space and ensure it meets the requirements for setting up teepees or belle tents. This helps us plan the layout and logistics to ensure safety and a comfortable experience for your event. As soon as you’ve made a booking we’ll contact you to schedule a home visit.

We offer The Secret Garden, Wild Campfire and Jingle Jolly Xmas themes. You can check out all our themes here.

More themes to come such as princess, superhero, unicorn, space and more. Custom themes can also be arranged based on your child’s preferences.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Typically, booking 4-6 weeks in advance ensures availability, but last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated.

Are your tents and teepees safe for children?

Yes, safety is our top priority. All equipment is set up with safety guidelines in mind and are UKCA approved. We ensure everything is securely positioned.

What locations do you provide?

We serve Dunbar, East Linton, Haddington, North Berwick, and the surrounding areas of East Lothian and Edinburgh city centre. Please contact us for availability if you’re located outside of these areas. Travel costs will be applied of more than 20 miles.

Do you offer catering or food services?
While we do not provide any catering services, we can have provided add-ons for sweets and snacks to complement your event. We can discuss any specific dietary and special preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
We monitor weather conditions closely leading up to your event. In case of inclement weather, we can discuss alternative arrangements or rescheduling options to ensure your event is successful.
What are your payment terms?
We typically require a deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Payment methods and details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 14 days or more before the event. Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details.
