Campfires & Sleepovers is based in Dunbar, East Lothian.

We currently provide teepee sleepovers in Dunbar, North Berwick, East Linton and surrounding areas across East Lothian.

Delivery, setup and collection within 10 miles of our Dunbar base are included. Locations farther away may be available for an additional delivery charge, depending on distance and availability.

Our children’s teepee sleepovers are designed for children aged 7 and over.

We can also create selected setups for adults, including best-friend sleepovers, parent-and-child occasions and small celebrations at home.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, school holidays and popular celebration dates.

Availability is intentionally limited so that every setup receives the time, preparation and attention it deserves. Last-minute bookings may occasionally be possible, depending on availability.

Our minimum booking is two teepees.

We can currently provide setups for between two and eight individual teepees, subject to the available space in your home and availability on your chosen date.

We also have larger teepees suitable for selected two-person experiences.

Our teepee sleepovers are currently booked for a minimum of two nights.

This gives families more time to enjoy the setup without the celebration feeling rushed.

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your selected date.

The deposit amount, remaining balance and payment dates will be clearly shown before you confirm your booking.

The date your remaining balance is due will be included within your booking confirmation and payment information.

Please make sure the full balance is paid by the stated date so that we can continue preparing for your celebration.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date, number of teepees, theme or add-ons.

Changes are subject to availability and our booking terms. Additional charges may apply where preparations or personalised items have already been ordered or created.

Cancellation terms will be provided before you confirm your booking.

Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Deposits, payments and date transfers will be handled in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Our themes can be styled for girls, boys and mixed groups.

We will discuss your preferences, including colours and any important details, before the celebration.

Yes. Personalised options may include paper name cards, keepsake keychains and initial bunting, depending on the choices available for your booking.

These details can help make each child’s sleeping space feel individually prepared for them.

Yes. A carefully selected range of optional add-ons is available to complement the teepee sleepover.

Available choices may include personalised details, spa-inspired additions and cosy treats. The current options and prices will be shown during the booking process.

Yes. Balloon decorations are available as an optional addition to your teepee sleepover.

The colours and style can be coordinated with your chosen theme and celebration. Available options and pricing will be discussed during the booking process.

Yes. A home visit will be arranged before your celebration.

This allows us to check the available space, access, room layout and proposed setup area. It also gives us an opportunity to confirm that the selected number of teepees will fit comfortably.

The setup area must be cleared before we arrive.

During the home visit, we will discuss which furniture or belongings may need to be moved. For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot move heavy, fragile or valuable furniture.

The teepees should be placed on a clean, dry and level indoor floor.

The area should be free from sharp objects, trip hazards, dampness and anything that could damage the equipment.

This may be possible depending on access, staircase width, parking and the number of items required for the setup.

We will assess access during the home visit and confirm whether the proposed room is suitable.

Some decorative lighting may require suitable access to a safe electrical socket.

We use warm LED lighting and do not use real candles or open flames.

Any electrical requirements will be discussed before your celebration.

A responsible adult must be present when we arrive to provide access and confirm the setup location.

We may also need to ask questions about sockets, access or final positioning before we begin.

Collection arrangements will be confirmed before your booking.

Please leave the teepees, bedding and decorative equipment assembled until we return. Customers should not dismantle or move the equipment unless we have specifically asked them to do so.

You do not need to wash the bedding or clean the equipment.

We ask that personal belongings, food, rubbish and any decorations that do not belong to Campfires & Sleepovers are removed before collection.

Please let us know about any spills, stains, breakages or damage before we arrive.

To help protect the bedding and equipment, we recommend keeping meals and strongly coloured drinks away from the mattresses and inside the teepees.

Any snacks or drinks should be supervised by an adult, particularly where allergies or choking risks may be present.

No. We do not use real candles, flames or other open-flame decorations.

Any lanterns or candle-style decorations used within our setups are battery-operated LED lights.

Yes. Mattresses and reusable equipment are cleaned and checked before every booking.

Bedding and washable textiles are freshly laundered, and all equipment is inspected before it is prepared for the next celebration.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of all equipment throughout the booking.

Please contact us immediately if something is damaged, lost or heavily stained. Charges may apply where an item requires specialist cleaning, repair or replacement, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Pets should be kept away from the teepees, bedding and equipment throughout the booking.

This helps prevent damage and allows us to maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards for every family.

Because we do not prepare or serve food, parents and guardians are responsible for checking all product labels and managing allergies or dietary requirements.

Please tell us about any known allergies before selecting food-related add-ons. Where necessary, an add-on may need to be removed or supplied without edible items.

Yes. Families are welcome to provide their own food and drinks.

We recommend choosing low-mess snacks and keeping strongly coloured foods, sauces and drinks away from the bedding and equipment.

Styled picnic experiences are something we would like to introduce in the future, but the service has not yet been fully created and is not currently available to book.

Further details will be shared once the experience has been carefully developed.

We are not currently accepting bookings or formal registrations for styled picnics.
